Opinions on Final Four’s draw

In Champions League Final Four draw, MKB-MVM Veszprém got THW Kiel as semi-final opponent team. The team’s coach and two players shared their opinion about it.

Antonio Carlos Ortega: The game against THW Kiel will be hard because they will play at home but we are ready for the final in Cologne and we will fight against them 100%. Our team can defeat everyone. If we perform our best, we can do it. Of course we respect them. They will be the home team but we hope that many of our fans will visit the match. We definitely have to play better in the semi-final than last year.

László Nagy: There aren’t any easy opponents in Final Four; however I wanted to get Kielce as opponent for some reason. Finally, we got THW Kiel in the draw. It’s time to take revenge and defeat them. We hope that we can prepare for the Final Four in Cologne without any injuries. Kiel will be the home team but I really hope that Hungarian fans will make a great atmosphere and make us feel like being at home.

Gasper Marguc: At this point each team is very strong and this year the four group winners got into Final Four. Kiel might be the hardest opponent because they are basically the home team, but here’s the chance to defeat them. This will be my first CL Final Four just like the first quarter final. Recently, this has been the time of “firsts” in my career, which I’m really happy about.
